1. A real estate agent values my property

study.
4. A real estate agent takes care of the legal side of selling
my property

legal professional to carry out the conveyancing for you. If you
feel comfortable with your legal knowledge you can do the
conveyancing yourself.
5. A real estate agent provides security by vetting buyers
Although agents claim that they vet buyers this often isn't the
